POSITION Sales Manager Hotel Detail Detail

Job Description:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies by conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities, setting targets, and directing the sales team to achieve them.
  • Effectively manage the sales team, train and supervise team members, and provide direction and support required to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor performance to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Develop daily, weekly, monthly and annual work plans and be responsible for reporting to management.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, meet with clients, understand their needs, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain effective communication.
  • Promote and sell products & services (hotels) to generate revenue for the company.
  • Using social media, website, and other digital marketing tools to promote the hotel and attract potential guests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education D3 / S1 Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality and Communication Sciences
  • 3 years experience as Sales Manager in Hotel
  • Age max 40 years old
  • Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies in the hotel department
  • Have skills in customer relationship management
  • Good at managing and directing sales team
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Able to work under target and reveue oriented
    Honest, disciplined, good communication skills and responsive
  • Have an extensive customer database, especially in Government offices in the Banten Province area
  • Understand & master the use of hotel software applications
