Through the company’s subdiary, PT. Pudjipapan Kreasindo, the Company is developing a residential area namely Highland Park which is located in Jl. Jend. Sudirman Serang, Banten Province with the total area to be developen is -/+ 200 ha. Started to build in 1997, the company has built over 2,000 units of houses which are divided into several areas such as Kelapa Gading, Permata Hijau, Cluster Dallas and Cluster Houston.
