- Membuat Billing, Down Payment, sampai Pelunasan Penjualan property perusahaan.
- Mencocokan rekonsiliasi penerimaan bank dengan data billing dalam database/sistem
- Menjalankan proses OR (Official Receipt)
- Membuat check voucher atas tagihan dari kontraktor/supplier/property dan lain-lain.
- Membuat tanda terima tagihan dari supplier/kontraktor dan mencatatnya dibuku register tanda terima.
- Memeriksa kelengkapan setiap tagihan sesuai atau tidak kwitansi dengan progress pekerjaan, lampiran PPN beserta faktur pajak.
- Membuat laporan Internal Control untuk setiap tagihan kontraktor/supplier jika pembayaran dilakukan secara bertahap.
- menginput check voucher yang sudah dilakukan pembayaran ke program VPSGL.
- Pendidikan Minimal D3 (Jurusan Akuntansi, Finance, dan setara)
- Menguasai Microsoft Office & Familiar dengan software Accounting
- Minimal memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di posisi yang sama (fresh graduated dipertimbangkan)
- Must lead existing sales team to sell units of condominium apartments or landed houses, or rent units of service apartment within the first three (3) months
- Serve as highest-ranking sales & marketing executive in the company, in charge of driving sales for all products such as selling units of condominium apartment or landed houses, and rental of service apartments
- Create company’s high-level strategic plan for both Sales & Marketing with Board of Directors (BOD) for all products by identifying consumer needs and competitor weaknesses
- Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to measure high-level strategic plan vs sales progress
- Schedule events in calendar to promote all products for sales
- Survey competitor locations to provide field information to Board of Directors (BOD)
- Lead existing team of Digital Marketing and Graphic Design to bolster company image for product sales
- Ability to improve performance of existing sales team by motivating, training, and monitoring sales people
- Must have prior experience in property industry
- General familiarity with company’s locations such as Cikarang, Jakarta Selatan, and Serang
- Previous experience as manager of sales team in property industry, and total experience in a sales function of at least ten (10) years
- Strong presentation skills

- Must possess from reputable university at least a Bachelor’s degree

Because this is a senior-level role, we will only consider candidates who have prior experience as manager of sales team in property industry, with total experience at least ten (10) years.

- Responsible for improving consumer database through canvasing, exhibition, advertising, etc.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Japanese
- Required skill(s) : negotiation skill, communication skill
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
